As I accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of a painting by you (the customer) By ordering a painting you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

* Prints or photographs cannot be made of paintings even when purchased without my consent.

* The painting will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You must examine the art work carefully before accepting it.

* If under any circumstances you decide to cancel the purchase after you receive it, you will have 7 days from the day you receive the painting to return it in the same package as sent and this will be at your cost. Also the art work should be in the same condition as sent, since any damage to it will lead to a refusal to accept it thus pay the amount been purchased.

* To exercise the right to cancel you must inform me of your decision to cancel the purchase by a clear statement setting out your decision. (e.g. a letter sent by email or by text). I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

* Your privacy is critical to me. I respect your privacy and comply with the general data protection regulation regarding your personal information.
